Purpose:
The candidate/coach relationship is the heart of CTI’s Induction Program. Reflective coaches engage in training and development to ensure strong, confidential relationships to support candidate’s growth. Reflective coaches strengthen the candidate’s professional practice and contribute to retention in the teaching profession.

We continue our journey of leveraging the power of video for coach learning, growth, and feedback through the use of GoReact video annotation tool. Please be sure to upload a 5-7 minute video of a coaching conversation to 20-21 Fall Coach Connections Self-Reflection. You will then self-reflect using the video annotation tools in GoReact. Please make use of the 21-22 Instructions for Uploading in Goreact to help you get started.
